September 20th - Maryland Chip Training Session beginning at 9am, we will be holding a training program for all interested brethren in the Grand Lodge ballroom. If interested, please contact the Grand Lodge Office for reservations.

Coffee and donuts will be served from 8am – 9am with light refreshments to follow the program.

Harvest Homes Day - beginning at 7 a.m. on the grounds of our Grand Lodge.

Honoring the contributions of our First President

General, and Brother, George Washington

Celebrating the 225th Anniversary Year of his Resignation as Commander-in-Chief in Annapolis, Maryland on December 23rd, 1783

Come see:

A play, On Fire for Liberty, featuring Generals George Washington and the Marquis de Lafayette, performed by the American Historical Theater of Philadelphia, Pa.

Numerous significant historical artifacts will be on display:

The Secretary's Desk upon which General Washington placed the official copy of his resignation as Commander-in-Chief

A digitized copy of the Resignation Speech supplied by the Maryland Archives

The gavel and trowel President Washington used to lay the cornerstone of the U.S. Capitol

Free to Masons, their guests and the public!

Reservations must be made by September 19, 2008 and a ticket secured.

Preceding the 7:30 p.m. performance, a reception will be available for $21.00 per person beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Grand Lodge Ballroom, including fruit, cheese, hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, wine and soft drinks.
